Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt
3 Tbs mayonnaise
3 Tbs cider vinegar
1 Tbs sugar
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 cups cooked pasta
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 cups shredded or diced turkey
2 cups sliced celery
2 cups unpeeled chopped apples
Preparation
In a large bowl, create dressing by blending yogurt, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar and black pepper together.
In the same bowl, combine pasta, walnuts, turkey, celery and apples. Gently fold together to cover with dressing.
