Butter - how to make

3 cups heavy cream yielded 1 cup heavy whipped cream, 1.25 cups buttermilk and 1.5 cups butter.

Soon as it starts splashing like crazy, turn it off and check it. The butter may be done.

Tried 1/4 teaspoon sea salt per cup of heavy cream.
