Serrano Basil

5 blackberries + extra for garnish
2 oz bourbon, or blackberry brandy or cognac
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz triple sec
1 tsp agave nectar
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Muddle 5 blackberries in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add blackberry brandy/cognac, lemon juice, triple sec, and agave. Shake to combine.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with extra blackberries.

NOTES

Blackberries and blueberries are best with bourbon. Raspberries are best with cognac. You can also do 1 oz bourbon + 1 oz cognac, which is not bad with blueberries.

four drinks: 3 limes, 2 lemons, 1 orange, 4 oz agave, 14-16 oz tequila, 3-4 oz cointrau, spritzer, ice, shaken
3 limes + 2 lemons + 1 orange = 1 1/3 cup

1/2 lime

1/4 orange

1/4 lemon

1 oz. Cointreau or triple sec

1 oz. Agave sweetener

4 oz tequila
