Came out great. Was easy to make, and where there was effort, it was worth it! Was surprised the red pepper flakes added just the right heat to it, like you'd want in an Asian pasta dish.
Very excellent for a base! Can use more flavor. Since no red chili peppers available, used 1 jalapeno for first batch. It came out very mild, so plenty of room to turn up the heat. (3 bell peppers yielded 2 cups)
In comparing to Rust Belt Pepper Co, they included cane sugar and tomato sauce, and had more aroma and flavor.
